THE LEGAL STUFF
Last updated: August 2026
This covers what happens to your information when you visit claytonmack.com. Short version: we don’t collect much, and we don’t sell anything. Here’s the full rundown.
Our hosting provider logs the basic stuff every site logs — browser, device, roughly where you’re connecting from, which pages you looked at. That’s mostly for security and keeping the site running, not for tracking you around the internet. There’s no account system, no comment section, no checkout — nothing here that asks you to hand over information.
If you email us — say, at booking@claytonmack.com — we’ll obviously see your email address and whatever you write. We only use that to get back to you.
Some pages embed content from other sites, like a YouTube video. When you interact with that embed, you’re interacting with YouTube directly, and their own rules apply — cookies, tracking, all of it. Same goes for anything hosted elsewhere: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Click through to one of those and you’re on their turf, not ours.
We’re not setting tracking cookies here. If a third-party embed (like that YouTube video) sets its own, that’s on them — see above.
This site links out to streaming and social platforms because that’s where the music and updates actually live. Once you click through, you’re covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
We keep emails only as long as it takes to answer them and wrap up whatever you reached out about. Want to know what we have on you, or want it deleted? Just email us and we’ll sort it out.
If this changes, we’ll update it here and bump the date at the top.
